The Challenge

Mercy FitHub is a women-only fitness hub offering personal training, group classes, and wellness programmes in Dubai — a competitive market where brand and community matter enormously. Their website, however, was letting them down: generic design, poor mobile experience, and no clear path for a prospective member to book a class or consultation.

The fitness market in Dubai is intensely visual and social. Women choosing where to train want to feel inspired, welcome, and seen in the brand before they walk through the door. The old site communicated none of that.

The Results
